The website accessible via www.crowdbnk.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by CrowdBnk Limited ("us", "we" and "our").  Access and use of the Website by any person ("you", "your"), is subject to these terms and conditions, and any notices, that are made publicly available on the Website from time to time by us (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). In addition, some features or services that are made available via the Website may be subject to additional terms and conditions promulgated by us from time to time and agreed with you ("Additional Agreements"), in which case your use of such features or services is subject to those Additional Agreements, which will also incorporate these Terms of Use by reference. In particular, the provisions of our Members Agreement govern the terms on which donations and investments are made via the Website. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of any Additional Agreement and these Terms of Use, the provisions of the Additional Agreement shall prevail. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before commencing use of the Website.  By using our Website, you agree to be subject to and abide by the Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Website.

CrowdBnk Limited is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 07706111, and our registered office is at TechHub @ Campus, 4-5 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4BX. CrowdBnk (No. 586771) is an appointed representative of BriceAmery Capital, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (No. 489602).

Terms of Access

Use of the Website is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.  By accessing the Website you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 years or older, and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend all or part of any feature or service on the Website or refuse access to the Website or any feature or service for any reason and without notice (see Modifications of Terms of Use below) in our sole and absolute discretion.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to access information held about you.  Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Data Protection Act.  Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
